About the role

The Operating Theatre Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the schedule of surgical procedures at Subang Jaya Medical Centre, a tertiary hospital located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the efficient use of operating theatre resources and contributes to smooth patient flow within the clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate operating theatre schedules to ensure appropriate allocation of time slots.
Maintain up‑to‑date records of theatre usage and communicate schedule changes to relevant staff.
Collaborate with clinical teams to confirm procedure timings and resource requirements.
