About the role
The Onboarding Specialist (Aftersales) will support live merchants after they have been onboarded onto KPay’s payment system. The role ensures merchants can operate the platform smoothly and addresses any post‑implementation enquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day assistance to merchants using the system.
- Resolve technical and operational queries raised by merchants after go‑live.
- Guide merchants through system features to improve adoption and usage.
- Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Document common merchant issues and contribute to knowledge‑base updates.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to understand and explain basic payment system functionalities.
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple merchant enquiries simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude in identifying and solving problems.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
