我们正在寻找具备创意与运营能力的内容创作者，负责多个个人IP及社交媒体账号的内容策划与增长。通过平台趋势、AI工具及数据分析，提升内容流量、品牌影响力和商业转化。
主要职责
- 制定并执行内容策略，覆盖短视频、图文等多种形式。
- 撰写短视频脚本，推动内容的病毒式传播。
- 结合平台趋势与AI工具进行内容创新与优化。
- 利用数据分析监测效果，持续提升运营指标。
任职要求
- 具备内容创作及社交媒体运营经验。
- 熟悉平台趋势，能够快速响应热点。
- 具备数据分析思维，能够从数据中提炼改进方向。
- 能够使用AI工具提升创作效率。
