职位概况

我们是位于吉隆坡中央车站的美国跨国 BPO 公司，现招聘固定夜班的粤语客服专员。工作全职，需在现场办公，提供专业的粤语客户服务。

主要职责

使用粤语（广东话）通过电话或线上渠道为客户提供咨询解答。
处理客户的基本问题和投诉，确保服务质量。
遵循公司流程，完成夜班工作任务。

任职要求

流利使用粤语（广东话），具备良好的语言表达能力。
热爱客户服务工作，具备耐心和责任心。
能够接受固定夜班工作安排。

必备技能

粤语（广东话）流利沟通。

我们提供

基本月薪 RM4,500，另加 RM300 固定夜班津贴及 RM300 KPI 奖金，最高可达 RM5,100。
每年 19 天年假。
AIA 医疗保险覆盖。
