职位概况

负责在门店接待客户，跟进市场团队提供的潜在客户，专注于需求咨询、产品推荐、报价跟进及成交。提供系统化培训与明确晋升通道。

主要职责

接待门店来访客户，了解并记录需求。
跟进市场团队提供的潜在客户，进行电话或现场沟通。
推荐卫浴与厨房产品，提供报价并推动成交。
完成个人及团队的销售业绩指标。

任职要求

具备销售或客户服务经验，能够独立完成销售全流程。
具备良好的沟通表达能力，能够快速了解客户需求。
能够接受全职、现场工作模式。

必备技能

我们提供

基本薪资RM3,000–RM4,000，另加个人、团队佣金及绩效奖励，优秀者月收入可达RM10,000以上。
7天系统化销售与产品培训。
12个月一对一辅导，明确的晋升路线。
