About the role
The NPI Engineer will lead and coordinate the successful introduction of new products into production. This role ensures that all engineering specifications, quality requirements, and process validation activities are met, enabling smooth transition from development to manufacturing.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the introduction of new products into the production environment.
- Coordinate engineering, quality, and process validation activities to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality benchmarks throughout the launch phase.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues during product ramp‑up.
