Non Voice Customer Support - Mandarin

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking Mandarin‑speaking individuals to join its Non‑Voice Customer Support team in Petaling Jaya. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will handle customer inquiries that do not require a phone call, providing timely and accurate assistance through chat, email and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in Mandarin via chat, email and ticketing systems.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM platform.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while ensuring a smooth hand‑over.
• Maintain service level agreements and quality standards set by the department.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital communication tools.
