About the role
The MIS / IT Support Officer will provide essential Management Information System and general IT assistance to keep the company's daily operations running smoothly. Based in Shah Alam, the role requires on‑site presence to promptly address technical issues and maintain computer systems. The position plays a key role in maintaining the reliability of the company's IT infrastructure and the accuracy of its management information systems.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by staff to minimize downtime.
- Maintain computer systems, ensuring they operate reliably and securely.
- Support MIS functions, guaranteeing accurate data flow for business processes.
- Assist in daily IT operations to sustain smooth business activities.
