Meeting Services Support Specialist (Thai Speaker)

About the role

The Specialist, Meeting Services Support (Thai Speaker) manages end‑to‑end meeting administration and related financial activities for assigned markets. Working within the Travel, Meetings, Events & Fleet organization, the role ensures compliance, operational excellence and a consistent stakeholder experience.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle meeting cases from request intake through event creation, vendor coordination, purchase orders, reconciliation, payment and closure.
• Validate information for completeness, accuracy and authorization before processing and apply market‑specific requirements and controls.
• Investigate and resolve incomplete, rejected or aging requests, performing root‑cause analysis on recurring issues.
• Collaborate with Meeting Owners, Finance, Procurement, Compliance and external agencies to provide guidance and status updates.
• Maintain and update market work instructions, SOPs, templates and operational trackers; support onboarding and training of new team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in meeting operations, finance operations, accounts payable or event administration.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and coordinate issue resolution across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken); additional languages such as Mandarin or Japanese are a plus.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience using enterprise platforms: Veeva, SAP, Ariba, Concur, ServiceNow, Cvent, Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Excel Macros and UiPath for automation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a process‑improvement mindset.
