Medical Product Specialist – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Medical Product Specialist will promote Servier’s ethical, market‑leading pharmaceutical products to general practitioners, healthcare professionals and pharmacists in the assigned territory. The role is accountable for achieving sales and growth targets through promotional and sales strategies, while ensuring consistent execution of quality calls, promotional activities and Continuing Medical Education (CME) for partner doctors.

Key responsibilities

• Execute quality calls, promotional activities and CME in line with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs to develop a solid customer base.
• Facilitate the enlistment of key and newly launched products.
• Engage HCPs in discussions about disease, product and patient needs.
• Communicate clinical data and product benefits effectively to persuade HCPs to prescribe Servier’s solutions.

Required profile

• Pharmacist, science graduate, para‑medical professional, or non‑science graduate with at least three years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Possess a car and a valid driving licence.
• Malaysian citizen or holder of relevant residence status.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven with a strong inclination toward sales and marketing.
• Dynamic personality with good communication skills and a team mindset.
