Medical Product Specialist – Healthcare Sales

About the role

The Medical Product Specialist promotes ethical, market‑leading products to general practitioners, healthcare professionals and pharmacists. The role is accountable for achieving territorial sales and growth targets through promotional and sales strategies, while ensuring consistent quality calls, promotional activities and continuing medical education for partner doctors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑quality sales calls, promotional activities and CME programmes in line with company policies and ethical standards.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, positioning yourself as a reliable partner in patient care.
• Support enlistment and growth of key and newly launched products, engaging HCPs in disease‑, product‑ and patient‑centric discussions.
• Present clinical evidence confidently to demonstrate product benefits and treatment value, while maintaining accurate reporting through the CRM system.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, science graduate or para‑medical professional (fresh graduates welcome).
• Non‑science graduates must have at least 3 years’ experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a similar commercial role.
• Self‑driven, proactive, highly motivated and target‑oriented with a proven sales track record.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills, resilient and adaptable in a dynamic, competitive environment.
• Effective communication skills and confidence engaging healthcare professionals.
