Medical Implant Sales Exec – Spine (Fresh Graduates)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Medical Implant Sales Executives specializing in spine products. You will represent cutting‑edge spinal implant solutions to healthcare professionals across the Central, South, North and East Coast regions of Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell spinal implant devices to hospitals, clinics and surgeons.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and purchasing departments.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trainings and post‑sale support.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to market share growth.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, business or related field.
• Strong interest in healthcare and medical technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
