About the role
The Mechanic Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the TUHU Car Care workshop in Kajang. This position is responsible for overseeing the workshop, managing the mechanics team, and ensuring that business performance targets are achieved.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and coordinate a team of mechanics and support staff.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive results that meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in supervising automotive workshop activities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
- Strong understanding of workshop processes and business results.
