M&E Design Engineer – Industrial Projects & Site Work

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Design Engineer to join our Kuala Lumpur office. You will work on industrial projects, translating design concepts into on‑site solutions and ensuring that engineering deliverables meet safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed M&E designs for industrial facilities, including equipment layout, piping, and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to integrate designs into construction plans.
• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation, resolve technical issues, and provide on‑site support.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company safety policies, and industry standards.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Proven experience on industrial projects and on‑site engineering work.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
