Material Handler / Senior Material Handler

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Material Handler to join our newly established warehouse in Medini, Johor. The role involves handling inbound and outbound materials, supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring timely distribution. A senior‑level candidate will also mentor junior staff and oversee workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
• Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Support senior staff in training and supervising junior handlers.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred.
