Master Data Management Associate – Finance Systems

About the role

AVEVA is seeking an Oracle Master Data Management Associate to join its Finance Systems team in Kuala Lumpur. The role supports day‑to‑day operations of the global Master Data Management function, ensuring master data is accurate, consistent and governed across Oracle and DAX platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain Customer, Supplier and Employee master data in Oracle, especially during peak periods.
• Provide short‑term operational support for data‑cleansing, backlog reduction and system migration initiatives.
• Execute tasks that sustain business continuity and meet project timelines.
• Assist in resolving workload peaks, process bottlenecks and transitional activities.
• Work under the Finance Master Data Management Team Lead to align with governance and business priorities.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy and compliance with established frameworks.
• Contribute to project milestones, resource efficiency and continuous‑improvement efforts.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast‑changing global environment.
• Ability to support both operational tasks and project‑based initiatives.
• Experience working with finance‑related master data and governance processes.
