Marketing & Social Media Internship

About the role

R Beaute is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Intern to support its social media and digital marketing activities. This on‑site internship in KL Eco City offers hands‑on experience in the beauty sector and the possibility of a permanent position after the program.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create and schedule engaging visual and written content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Monitor performance metrics, compile reports, and suggest optimisation tactics.
• Support the senior marketing team with market research and competitor analysis.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about beauty, social media, and digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a senior mentor.
• Available to work on‑site with a shortened Friday schedule (until 3 pm).
