Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to lead our influencer partnerships and drive content creation across key social platforms. The role focuses on managing relationships with influencers and delivering engaging content on Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and manage collaborations with influencers aligned with brand objectives.
• Create, schedule and publish original content on Xiaohongshu, TikTok and Instagram.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and optimise content strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for social media trends and influencer marketing.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Required skills

• Experience using Xiaohongshu for brand promotion.
• Proficiency with TikTok content creation and community management.
• Strong Instagram marketing skills, including reels and stories.
