Manufacturing Operator

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s newest semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan as a Manufacturing Operator. You will ensure that products are tested to the required quality and quantity, following standardized work procedures in a fast‑growing semiconductor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Trigger technicians or engineers when non‑conformities are detected.
• Perform conversion inspection checks according to work instructions.
• Participate in change‑over meetings with the MST team.
• Maintain 6S standards at the individual workstation.
• Complete production checklists for each shift.
• Contribute ideas through the Production Suggestion System (PSS).
• Follow ESD procedures and monitor poka‑yoke devices.
• Use the Andon system to signal deviations (red/yellow button).

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Strong teamwork attitude and ability to work in a cross‑functional setting.
• Willingness to suggest improvements for floor efficiency.
