Managing Consultant – Research Solutions Delivery

About the role

The Managing Consultant for Specialised Product Delivery will lead end‑to‑end market research engagements within Mastercard’s Advisors Research Center. You will act as the central connector between internal stakeholders and external research partners, turning client and internal needs into structured research scopes, delivery plans and portfolio reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inbound research requests from pre‑sales and sales teams, scoping quantitative, qualitative or mixed‑method studies.
• Translate stakeholder objectives into research approaches, sample parameters and deliverable expectations.
• Develop proposals and coordinate inputs from delivery teams, ensuring clear scope, resourcing and timelines.
• Manage vendor engagement, including panel and recruitment suppliers, and oversee commercial and contracting activities.
• Maintain delivery governance, dashboards, revenue and pipeline reporting for the research portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing market research projects or consulting engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment and coordinate multiple partners.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Experience with proposal development and vendor management.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboard creation.
