Manager - Workforce Management

About the role

PwC’s Workforce Management practice is looking for a Manager to help clients design and implement AI‑enhanced workforce solutions. You will work with a team of talent and rewards specialists to transform how organisations plan, analyse and deliver people strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, own relationships and ensure delivery of AI‑driven workforce projects.
• Design and deploy innovative solutions in strategic workforce planning, skill‑gap analysis, HR operating models and employee experience.
• Integrate analytics, AI and digital tools into HR transformation initiatives.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing training and support.
• Assist senior managers in overseeing multiple client accounts and reporting progress.

Required profile

• Strong interest in people analytics, AI applications and digital HR solutions.
• Experience with HR operating model design, service delivery models and employee experience design.
• Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data, identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proven client‑facing and leadership capabilities in a consulting environment.
