Manager, Security Solutions (SSO) Product Lead

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager to lead its Security Solutions (SSO) product portfolio in Malaysia. The role will own the end‑to‑end product suite, drive market adoption and ensure customers receive expert support and guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete SSO product and solution suite for the Malaysian market.
• Collaborate with the Malaysia Country Team, regional product groups, sales, services, and delivery teams to identify market needs and support go‑to‑market roll‑outs.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and account teams, providing product information, training and technical assistance.
• Manage existing and new customer relationships, delivering timely support and solutioning.
• Support the VP in product‑line P&L reviews, revenue analysis, pacing and budgeting.
• Develop and communicate thought leadership on fraud trends, best practices and future product opportunities to issuers, acquirers and merchants.
