Manager - Rewards

About the role

PwC is looking for a Manager to lead its Rewards function within the Human Capital team. You will shape fair, competitive and meaningful reward experiences that drive performance, trust and employee recognition across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver reward strategies covering salary benchmarking, benefits, recognition and annual compensation cycles.
• Lead core reward programmes and manage annual salary and bonus review processes with clarity and discipline.
• Oversee benefits and recognition programmes to ensure they remain valued and fit‑for‑purpose.
• Regularly review salary structures and benefits against market trends, identifying gaps and recommending simple, fair improvements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide balanced guidance on reward matters and support confident decision‑making.
• Maintain and strengthen Human Capital policies related to compensation and benefits, ensuring they are easy to understand and consistently applied.
• Drive compensation and benefits workstreams within broader HC initiatives, delivering practical and timely outcomes.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a complex or professional services environment.
• Strong judgement to balance fairness, competitiveness and business realities.
• Confident and credible when engaging senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable using data to shape decisions and tell a clear story.
• Proven ability to lead projects and navigate change with focus and structure.
• Clear communicator who can simplify complex topics and build trust.
