Manager, Payments Product Development & Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead the development and launch of payment products such as debit/credit cards and mobile‑in‑app payment solutions. The role will drive growth for Hong Leong Bank’s Payments, Partnerships and Unsecured Loans profit & loss.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic product P&L reviews to shape strategies, marketing initiatives and action plans that improve profitability.
• Plan and launch new payment solutions, aligning with sales targets and coordinating campaign briefings and internal communications.
• Benchmark current product value propositions against market competitors and recommend revisions or new product development.
• Lead credit‑card acquisition campaigns, expand distribution channels, streamline onboarding and support the sales team with marketing resources.
• Develop and implement marketing frameworks for offline and digital acquisition, enhancing activation, spend and revolving performance.
• Improve the digital acquisition journey to boost customer experience and business growth.

Required profile

• Malaysian citizen.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in product development, campaign management or payments.
• Familiarity with media and advertising industry players (A&P) is a plus.
