Manager, Mobile Mortgage

About the role

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead its Mobile Mortgage sales channel. You will be responsible for driving mortgage sales through digital and partner channels while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and meet the needs of target customers, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Execute daily sales activities such as prospecting, cold‑calling, and delivering presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners including auto dealers and property brokers.
• Ensure high‑quality sales standards and compliance with internal and external banking regulations.
• Continuously improve product knowledge through on‑the‑job training and coaching.
• Prepare accurate credit applications and handle customer complaints promptly.
• Support reporting activities, market surveys and competition analysis.

Required profile

• University graduate (banking, finance, accounting, English, Marketing or related fields).
• Fluent English communication skills (advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years of work experience, with at least 12 months in a sales‑focused banking or mortgage role.
• Strong sales, negotiation and presentation abilities with a customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate in a team, multitask and perform under pressure.
