Manager II, Accounts Receivable

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Manager II to lead Accounts Receivable/I2C operations across the APAC region, overseeing roughly USD 325 million in monthly receivables and a team of 10‑12 associates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AR/I2C team, ensuring high‑quality service delivery across credit management, collections, dispute resolution, cash application and reporting.
• Drive KPI performance (DSO, AR aging, dispute turnaround) and support month‑end financial reporting, including provisions and doubtful debt reserves.
• Maintain compliance, internal controls and system governance while collaborating with finance, commercial and treasury stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement, process standardisation, automation and ERP implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing financial services with close collaboration across AR/I2C, Treasury, Finance, Commercial and OTI functions.
• Leadership experience with 8‑12 direct reports in a multinational, matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a multicultural setting.
• Good Mandarin proficiency (verbal and written) for supporting Mandarin‑speaking countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience leading ERP implementation projects and performance‑improvement initiatives.
