Manager – DAT Process Assurance & IT Audit

About the role

Join PwC's Digital Assurance and Transparency (DAT) practice as a Manager, leading process assurance and IT audit engagements for a diverse client base in Kuala Lumpur. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls across finance, operations, and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct controls and transaction testing, and perform readiness assessments for emerging technologies.
• Provide observations, recommendations, and assurance reports on cloud, AI, cryptocurrency and digital‑asset initiatives.
• Review and monitor controls over third‑party service providers and service organizations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across sectors and specialties to deliver innovative, technology‑enabled audit solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in audit methodology and delivery.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in IT audit, digital assurance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business problems.
• Proactive leadership – coaching, issue resolution, and development of junior staff.
• Commitment to quality, value, and purpose‑driven professional standards.
