Manager, Cross Border Destination Marketing, Southeast Asia

About the role

The Manager, Cross Border Destination Marketing, Southeast Asia will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive travel, spend and consumer engagement across key markets in the region. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role will deliver integrated campaigns that promote travel and commerce opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of cross‑border destination marketing strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Monitor travel, consumer and spending trends to identify marketing opportunities.
• Execute integrated destination marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships and events.
• Coordinate content development, campaign delivery and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain relationships with tourism boards, travel partners, merchants and issuers.
• Assist in co‑marketing initiatives and partnership programs.
• Develop consumer engagement initiatives such as cardholder offers, travel promotions and loyalty campaigns.
• Utilise data, consumer insights and market intelligence to measure and optimise performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within travel, tourism or consumer‑focused sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent partnership management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Southeast Asian travel markets and cross‑border consumer behavior.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple integrated campaigns.
