About the role

As the Manager of Corporate Actions within our Custody Services division, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for processing and overseeing corporate actions for institutional clients. The role focuses on ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team handling corporate actions and custody service processes.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of corporate actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate actions, custody services, and related regulatory frameworks.
