About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our bakery operations in Kuala Lumpur. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a hands‑on learning experience for individuals passionate about the bakery industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior managers in daily bakery operations and production planning.
• Support inventory control, ordering of raw materials, and stock management.
• Participate in quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Contribute to customer service initiatives and help maintain a welcoming retail environment.
• Engage in training sessions to develop leadership and operational skills.

Required profile

• Strong interest in bakery products and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic numeracy for handling inventory and simple calculations.
• Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule as required.
