Maintenance Assistant

About the role

The Maintenance Assistant will support the daily upkeep of facilities at our Ijok site, ensuring that building systems, landscaped areas, and safety measures are well maintained. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team focused on reliable property services and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and inspections.
• Maintain landscaped areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper plant care.
• Monitor and support safety operations, reporting hazards promptly.
• Assist with preventive maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance schedules and service requests.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness of common areas.
• Keep maintenance records up to date and ensure compliance with company standards.
