Logistics Supervisor

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a part‑time Logistics Supervisor to lead a team of Direct Blue Associates in the Receiving, Warehouse and Shipping areas at its Bayan Lepas facility. You will ensure smooth material flow, high inventory accuracy and compliance with Bosch Production System standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of logistics associates in daily operations (receiving, warehousing, shipping).
• Maintain high physical and system inventory accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and apply 7S principles at the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
• Manage and monitor the condition and performance of materials handling equipment.
• Guarantee material availability for raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules and customer orders.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the immediate superior.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong problem‑solving ability to resolve operational issues.
• Understanding of the impact of actions on inventory integrity.
• Analytical thinking with influencing leadership skills.
• Flexibility to take on ad‑hoc assignments or projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
