About the role

HSBC is seeking a professional to lead loan agency and administration operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on authorising Loan IQ processing, overseeing risk and control frameworks, delivering management information reporting, and enhancing team performance and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead loan agency and administration operations across the portfolio.
• Authorise and monitor processing activities within the Loan IQ system.
• Manage risk and control procedures to ensure compliance.
• Produce and distribute management information (MI) reports for senior stakeholders.
• Drive team performance, service standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in loan administration or loan agency operations.
• Strong understanding of risk management and control environments.
• Ability to generate accurate MI reporting and present insights.
• Leadership capability to motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
