Line Control Ordering – Plant Asset Coordinator

About the role

The Line Control Ordering position acts as the Plant Asset Coordinator and central ordering hub for Bosch’s new semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan. The role ensures that all equipment, spare parts, tooling and other operational assets are procured and delivered on schedule to support production, maintenance, new‑product introduction, capacity expansion and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create, process and monitor Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) through SAP.
• Verify that every purchase request follows Bosch’s procurement policies and approval workflows.
• Track order status from requisition to delivery, maintaining full visibility of outstanding orders.
• Coordinate with Procurement, suppliers and internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Projects) to accelerate critical deliveries.
• Identify potential delays, raise risks early and ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date overview of plant assets and ordering schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience in plant‑wide purchasing or asset coordination within an industrial or semiconductor environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP ordering processes and procurement documentation.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
