Legal Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high‑caliber Legal & Compliance professional to join our multi‑divisional global enterprise. The Legal Manager will be based on‑site in Puchong and will support the company’s operations across Malaysia, Italy and India. You will work closely with senior management to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate legal risks.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate and manage the legal and compliance complexities of a globally connected business group.
• Provide in‑house legal advice to multiple divisions within the auto‑parts trading company.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in legal and compliance functions within a multi‑divisional environment.
• Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with teams in different countries.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labour and commercial law.
