About the role

The Legal Executive will provide professional advice to clients on the structure of wills, trusts and estate planning. This role offers a meaningful career helping individuals protect their assets and plan for the future.

Key responsibilities

Advise clients on the preparation and structuring of wills, trusts and estate plans.
Draft, review and finalise legal documents related to estate planning.
Ensure compliance with relevant Malaysian laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate client records and case files.
Collaborate with senior lawyers and other team members to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Required profile

Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
Relevant experience in wills, trusts or estate planning.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and high level of professionalism.
