About the role

Join LexisNexis Legal & Professional as a Legal Editor for Practical Guidance. You will ensure the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of legal content that supports law firms, corporations, and government agencies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Edit manuscripts for accuracy, currency, relevance, conformance, accessibility and timeliness.
• Perform original legal research as required.
• Monitor legal developments and integrate them into content according to departmental SLAs.
• Serve as the go‑to expert for technical aspects of online content publication on the Practical Guidance platform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop product enhancements and implement continuous process improvements.
• Maintain production roadmaps, trackers and regular project status reporting.
• Support sales and marketing with product catalogue information.

Required profile

• Legally qualified professional with experience editing legal content.
• Strong research abilities and familiarity with legal publishing standards.
• Ability to meet strict publishing schedules and service‑level agreements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage workflow risks.
