About the role
Syspex is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its full‑time, on‑site team in Glenmarie, Selangor. The position focuses on corporate and commercial law, offering the chance to grow a legal career by working on contracts, mergers and acquisitions, compliance matters, and strategic business projects within a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
- Support merger and acquisition transactions, including due‑diligence and documentation.
- Assist the business in maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide legal insight for strategic business initiatives and projects.
