About the role
Zoomlion is seeking an in‑house Legal Consultant to support its compliance and governance functions. The role involves working on‑site in Kota Kemuning, providing legal guidance and preparing business‑related documents while receiving guidance from the headquarters in China.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with compliance functions, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Support governance activities, including policy development and internal training.
- Prepare, review, and manage business‑related legal documents.
Required profile
- Relevant legal qualification or equivalent experience in corporate law.
- Ability to work independently while receiving guidance from headquarters in China.
