Learning Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Learning Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in driving awareness, adoption, and operational excellence across Sitecore Learning programs. This position is responsible for learner engagement, communications, program coordination, reporting, and day‑to‑day learning operations that support customers, partners, and internal teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute communications that promote learning programs, certifications, and training events.
• Create engaging content for internal and external channels such as LinkedIn, Slack, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Monitor registrations, attendance, certifications, and learner engagement metrics.
• Analyze engagement data to identify opportunities for improved participation and adoption.
• Respond to learner inquiries via shared inboxes and maintain up‑to‑date training documentation.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards on registrations, certifications, learner activity, and program performance.
• Manage training‑related orders in Salesforce and other ordering systems.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Experience working with data and reporting; Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to attend meetings outside standard working hours, including EMEA business hours.
