Learning and Development Intern

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Learning and Development Intern to support the design, coordination and delivery of employee learning initiatives in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers hands‑on experience in creating engaging training experiences and managing learning logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating training programs, workshops and learning events.
• Support the creation and editing of e‑learning materials for the On‑boarding Revamp Project.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking and feedback collection.
• Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• Strong interest in training, talent development or organizational learning.
• Growth mindset with curiosity to learn and improve.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Articulate or Adobe.
