Leader / Operator – Quality Inspection

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Leader / Operator to join our steel processing plant in Port Klang. The role focuses on ensuring product quality through systematic inspection and tool calibration within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on all production lots before packing.
- Calibrate daily measuring tools to maintain accuracy.
- Inspect finished products and report any non‑conformities.
- Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with company standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to work on‑site full‑time.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
Required skills
- Quality inspection techniques.
- Calibration of measuring instruments.
- Use of precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
