About the role

AIA Digital+ is looking for a Lead Analyst, Testing (Business Analyst) to join its Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full‑time, on‑site position focused on testing activities within the insurance and finance domain.

Key responsibilities

Lead testing initiatives and coordinate with business stakeholders.
Ensure testing processes align with business requirements.
Support delivery of high‑quality solutions for insurance and finance projects.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance or finance industry.

Required skills
