Laboratory Coordinator

About the role

The Laboratory Coordinator ensures that Bosch's new semiconductor test laboratory operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will own the systems and processes that keep the lab functional, working across engineering, facilities, HSE, quality, IT and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory infrastructure readiness, including utilities, ESD, IT/networking, access, safety and equipment installation.
• Manage delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance of new laboratory equipment.
• Work with engineering teams, facilities, suppliers, logistics and other support functions to resolve open topics.
• Track dependencies, risks and actions to ensure the lab reaches operational readiness.
• Maintain the laboratory in a controlled, compliant, documented and continuously improving state once operational.

Required profile

• Comfortable coordinating complex technical topics and driving actions to closure.
• Ability to create structure and processes where they are still being built.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders such as engineering, facilities and external suppliers.

Required skills

• ESD compliance and handling.
• IT networking and related infrastructure.
• Laboratory equipment installation and commissioning.
