Lab Engineer – Testing & Calibration

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Lab Engineer specialized in testing and calibration to join our team in Kulim. The role focuses on ensuring that all laboratory equipment and products meet the required performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional and performance testing on lab instruments and components.
• Carry out calibration activities according to established procedures and standards.
• Document test results, calibration data and generate reports.
• Identify non‑conformities and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering degree or technical qualification.
• Experience in a testing or calibration environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.

Required skills

• Knowledge of testing methodologies and calibration techniques.
• Familiarity with measurement instruments and data acquisition tools.
