L1 IT Support Service Desk Agent – China Market

About the role

DXC Technology is seeking a Level‑1 IT Support Service Desk Agent to support its China market customers. The role is based on‑site in Petaling Jaya and involves delivering first‑line technical assistance, gathering relevant information and researching issues to provide effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect detailed information from customers to understand their technical problems.
• Perform analytical troubleshooting to identify root causes.
• Research and document solutions, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the service desk system.
• Escalate complex cases to higher‑level support when necessary.
