Key Account Specialist (Electrification Solutions)

About the role

The Key Account Specialist will drive business growth for TECO Electric & Machinery by developing new project opportunities and managing key accounts in the electrification sector. You will focus on Busbar Systems, cable tray/ladder/trunking solutions (Longsight), transformers and related electrical products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the assigned market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Promote and sell Busbar Systems, cable tray/ladder/trunking, transformers and other electrical items.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close sales contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Track sales performance and report on market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or key account management within the electrical or industrial sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications of electrical products.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Busbar Systems, cable tray/ladder/trunking solutions and transformers.
