Key Account Executive

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest Food and Beverage company, as a Key Account Executive in Petaling Jaya. You will lead field sales and business development activities, ensuring operational excellence across categories and channels while meeting set targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual revenue targets for specific categories and products within negotiated agreements.
• Coordinate with LTPs/FSDs, vending operators and OCS agents to monitor progress and remove impediments.
• Maintain accurate trade asset documentation and ensure timely submission of promotional claims and machine productivity reports.
• Update customer data in the BMB‑MS system and ensure vending machines meet productivity targets.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities, control expenses, and evaluate outcomes for reporting to RSM/ABM.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in marketing or sales with proven KPI delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a Customer Key Account team and motivate people.
• Understanding of basic sales functions such as customer and field sales operations.
• Successful track record in diverse sales roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
