About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya. This entry‑level position supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department and offers a clear path for career development.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support onboarding activities and coordinate new‑hire documentation.
  • Help organise training sessions and employee engagement events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Required profile

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of HR experience.
  • Fluent Mandarin speaking ability.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
