Junior Finance & Admin Account

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Finance & Admin Account Executive to support daily financial and administrative operations at our energy company. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in bookkeeping, invoice processing, and office administration.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, expense claims and purchase orders accurately.
• Maintain general ledger entries and assist with month‑end closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist senior accountants.
• Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Support the finance team in audit preparation and compliance checks.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
